进入六月份,美国各州已步入疫情后复苏阶段,陆续全面开放零售服务业与餐饮业。连锁餐饮店乐观地预期着夏季的餐饮消费高峰,并纷纷推出夏季营销活动。

Wagamama (亚洲麺馆)美国连锁店宣布,自六月份起,在其五家分店里推出新奇的鸡尾酒 ”夏季社交“ 节目,每周举行一次  "Summer Socials"  活动,迎接夏季的餐饮消费回暖。


wagamama餐厅菜单的主打亚洲风味面食,以食客自选食材、可分享的食品菜单为特色,并强调新鲜、真实和多样化的口味和原料。餐厅的设计美学从日本的简单、高效和风格中获得灵感,具有剧院式厨房、公共空间和舒适、多彩的天井区域。配合特制的鸡尾酒饮的推出,wagamama在5月28日星期五首次推出了鸡尾酒夏季社交活动;在其餐厅的露天就餐区里播放音乐,有驻场DJ,为客人营造了新冠疫情后初夏愉悦的户外娱乐环境。



Wagamama鸡尾酒"夏季社交 "活动,恰如其分地衬托出其菜单上主打的独特亚洲风味而时尚的现代美食。店名wagamama 这个单词来自日语 (わがまま),意为”自我陶醉“ 或”我行我素“ 的含义。 (”wagamama”  in Japanese means"self-indulgent", "self-centred"). 该餐饮品牌是以供应亚洲风味的各类大碗麺为特色,倡导食客自主选配碗麺的食材而著称。随后其菜单上又增加了”包卷式“菜品(Wraps)和可分享的手抓小点(Shareables)。

鸡尾酒”夏季社交“ 的主旨是庆祝和拥抱亚洲的新鲜食材,同时加入wagamama餐厅的特色。每种鸡尾酒都是以高酒精度的酒品为导向,新鲜的,并配以流行的颜色。新创建的特色鸡尾酒包括:使用Greenhook杜松子酒、芦荟、柠檬和薄荷的Southside Tokyo;使用新鲜酸橙和克里奥尔苦味剂的梅子酒鸡尾酒Blossom;以及使用伏特加+柚子酒并辅以梨子、柠檬和抹茶糖边缘的Yuzu。鸡尾酒菜单还包括对流行经典的现代诠释,包括用龙舌兰酒、椰子、辣椒和青柠苦味剂以及卡宴、肉桂盐边的泰式辣椒玛格丽特。

Wagamama USA Entertains Diners with  Summer Socials Cocktail Outdoor Event

The newwagamama menu boasts unique cocktails as well as contemporary cuisine inspiredby the flavors of Asia.The word wagamama (わがまま) isJapanese for "self-indulgent", "self-centred".


The cocktail program celebrates and embracesAsia's fresh ingredients, all while adding a wagamama twist.  Each cocktail is spirit forward, fresh andgarnished with a pop of color. Newly created Signature cocktails include –Southside Tokyo with Greenhook gin, aloe vera, lemon and mint; the Blossom, aplum sake cocktail rounded off with fresh lime and creole bitters; and the Yuzufeaturing vodka + yuzu sake complemented by pear, lemon and a matcha sugar rim.The cocktail menu also features modern interpretations of popular classics,including the Thai Chili Margarita with tequila, coconut, chili and limebitters and a cayenne, cinnamon salt rim.
