Join ACF in Celebrating the Cuisine Behind Lunar New Year!



Lunar New Year is just around the corner, taking place on February 17, 2026. This year, billions of people will be celebrating the arrival of the year of the horse. While the celebration includes many exciting aspects including dragon dances, fireworks and gifting red envelopes, one of the highlights of the occasion is the traditional cuisine.

This month, ACF is featuring "stuffed dough" as one of the trending topics for 2026. One of the oldest and most popular forms of stuffed dough is undoubtably Chinese Dumplings. These dumplings have a long history of being used to celebrate Lunar New Year as a symbol of wealth and prosperity.
